Anissa Ball is a graduate of Pickens County High School in Reform, Alabama. She is currently a resident in Northport, Alabama. She attended Livingston University where she received an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science, a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Business Education. In 2002, she received her certification in Educational Administration from the University of Alabama.
Anissa was the Business Marketing Education Teacher at Aliceville High School for 11 years. She began her administrative career as an Assistant Principal at Carrollton Unit School in August 2004. After one year, she became the Principal at Carrollton Unit School. Upon the closing of Carrollton Unit School (grades 7-12), she was transferred to Gordo High School as the Assistant Principal for grades 7-8. In July 2008, she became the Principal of Aliceville Elementary School.
In July 2011, she accepted a position as the Administrator of Student Services/Parental Involvement at the Pickens County Board of Education. She is currently working in this same position.
